"Vette" ramhorns won't work on a 4 x 4 specially if they are the 2'' "Vette" ones, but they will perfectly on my shorty...............lol

Vette ram horns point down (and a little in) just like the 4x4 truck ram horns. I've got a pair of 2.5" on my 72 Blazer.

going straight down on most trucks may hit the frame...

On my 2wd, with my 350 in the I6 position, the straight down ramhorns are perfect! The 2.5" vette horns are about $350 - 400 up here!
good luck, Scott

I believe it was GMperformance parts. I'll have to look around. Do a search through my posts I believe I posted a link awhile ago.

Is anyone running straight-dump ramshorns on a C10 with the motor in the correct V8 positon?
Because i'm getting tired of burning up plug wires and exhaust gaskets with headers, and i know where a set of straight dump ramshorns are. I dunno if i want to switch though....i LOVE the sound of my 350 with headers, along with the performance gains....

I'm running one of each, angled on the driver side and straight dump on the passenger... this is with a 350 in the V8 position..... the pipe on the pass. side has to make a quick turn to miss the frame and starter but it's not too drastic, haven't had any problems with it... I think the driver's side would be easier since you don't have the starter to deal with...
