heat soak?
Anyone have ideas on improving starting on a 350 with a 4 bbl? Starts fine when cold but not when warm. Starter has been changed, timing moved around etc but it still is not happy when warmed up. Has a shroud and a 7 blade fan with a fluid drive. Engine does not seem to be running too warm. New battery cables etc. A heat shield around the starter too. Just does not want to crank when it is warm.

Put a remote starter soleniod on it --problem solved. To a search on it here-it will show you how to do it-cheap.
