You're probably better off not knowing his new phone number. From what I've heard around here, I wouldn't do business with him.

He was extremely helpful with what I need, He spent over and hour with me on the phone, and when I ordered my parts I hade them the next week. No complaints here.

I also have spoken w/Bill (in the past) & he really is a nice guy. I recently sent him e-mail (2-3-04) requesting pricing on some parts for my neighbor. The guy I was getting the price quote for got tired of waiting, called Bill, ordered the parts, & received the parts. Part of this order (a sway bar kit) was back ordered, but my neighbor wasn't notified. So when his parts did arrive, he was bummed because he wanted to have me install everything @ the same time.

The e-mail was sent to the link on their site, yet STILL no reply.

The parts were of nice quality. I used the stepped a-arms for a 66 chevy truck & rear 2" lowering block kit. The only issue I had.... I'm curious how the heck Bill is able to get a good alignment w/his stepped a-arms. I installed the arms & removed 1 coil from the stock V-8 springs, but even w/ALL spacers & shims removed from the upper a-arm studs, the truck visually appears to have excessive positive camber. The only solution I see is either cutting more spring, or a longer lower control arm than the factory length. Since the truck hasn't officially been aligned.... it could just be a visual thing. I'll post the outcome when my neighbor contacts me (w/good news.... or bad).

IMO...... I think Turners problem is one that plagues many small, independent businesses..... not enough resources within the company. Bill seems to be a hands on guy, so that keeps him busy in the shop @ the expense of other areas (there's only so much 1 person can do in a day). I think he could use a good sales manager (that knows as much as Bill himself) to handle FAQ's, ordering, pricing, & customer related issues. But like most smaller businesses, it's hard to retain a high caliber group of people financially.

I have yet to talk to Bill after weeks and over 4 calls a day. He basically ripped me off for a set of firestone bags and has yet to contact me to even try to make it right. I have since bought another pair of bags costing me $127 dollars. I know that he has got my messages and beleive that he atleast owes me a phone call instead of avoiding me. I would not do business with him again based on this. This has gone on for over 4 months now.
