New Addition to the Fleet

Hey all, just thought I'd share my exciting news with you!!!!

Went to an auction today and came home with this:

It's a '68 Chevy 1 ton dually with 32,000 miles on it. V8, 4 speed, guages (no tach), radio delete, 14,000 GVW. No rust! Runs great...drove it home!!!

These are the pics from the auction website...better photos tomorrow.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Nice buy! Any ideas what you're going to do with it? Paint looks like it just needs some wax!

Re: New Addition to the Fleet

Thanks guys. No idea what i'm going to do with it. Its geared very low, so 50mph is just comfortable for it. So i can't really drive it too far. It has the 5 and 10 bolt wheels , so no wheel options for it. However...its just such a cool old truck in great shape...I had to have it! I thought maybe I'd just clean it up, fix whatever was broken put the chrome front bumper and chrome grill trim on it and just drive it.
