How unusual is...

Saw a '67 GMC with a big window cab today. How rare were the big window '67's?
Didn't poke around inside or under the hood, but it's a 2 wheel drive, long fleet, custom package with lower trim, window trim (windshield and rear) and a V6 with 3spd auto. Also had what appears to be buddy buckets, though the center seat is missing. Had some rocker rust, and a bad cab corner, but otherwise, a lot of good parts.
It's been sitting for sale for awhile, just wondering if it might be worth picking up? And for how much?

Re: How unusual is...

I've got the small window in my '67, I believe the large window was a factory option.

Re: How unusual is...

^ correct... the small window was standard. The big window was the "pan-o-ramic view" option. I also believe I read something about big window was standard with the "Custom" option, but not always standard with "CST" package.
Maybe someone else will elaborate on this...

Re: How unusual is...

On GMCs Custom is top-o-the-line and they can have a small window. As far as I know, all Panoramic back glasses were an option on all models. There are way less, but not what I`d call rare.Just the exception. Most people want the`67 for the small window. But,many only want a big window, but no side markers.

Re: How unusual is...

Mine is a Custom with big back window. Not sure of all the other options. Also have the buckets with the small center seat which I have been told is not all that common. My dad bought this thing new in '67 but we never talked a whole lot about it and it's too late now......

Re: How unusual is...

Thanks guys, a lot of good info. I think I'll keep an eye on it. I just really don't have anywhere to put it. I just thought it was cool that it was big back window, and I like the trim package.
How hard would it be to find the center seat for the buckets?
