Don't know about Cali but in Washington you send a dollar to DMV with the plate # and they mail you the info..... plate # looks visible on this one- phone them up and ask,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

why would I be kidding? A burn out at the strip is one thing, but a burn out on the street is just for showing off, and illegal. However, showing off on a trailer is normally not gonna get you a ticket. You have the chains holdin you back, so you ain't goin anywhere too.

Ok, let's say moron #2 who was pouring beer on the tires was the one that put the chain on it. That's assuming that it is a chain to begin with. Most people use a ratchet straps that always stretch after tension is out on them. Let's say they stretch a little after the first attempt and when he backs out of the throttle the hooks falls down - then moron #1 gases it again and it runs over the truck. There are many more bad things that can happen doing it on the trailer than just doing a little burnout on the street, the street, or anywhere else IMO.
