tune up ?????

on my1986 350 corvette motor with a stock gm hei ignition what AC DELCO PLUGS ARE THE best to run and what is the best gap to run. note: i have a 650 carter and it seems like it is loading up at idle, maybe running a little rich. i cruized last sat. about 300 miles and after about 1 mile from home it started missing, i think i fouled a plug. any pro tips or suggestions are greatly appreciated. thanks in advance. DAN
