'72 Blazer buckets seats in Corona, Ca.

I had these in another thread with other parts, but decided to start a new thread for these. I do not want to ship these. One of the brackets on the driver seat needs some work. How does $300 sound? Email me at joeyjulie25@yahoo.com or call me at 951-258-5492. Thanks, Joey

I don't think those are correct '72. They look like '73+, that sit too high & have a different pass seat release.
Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Someone else pointed that out in my other thread, but was corrected. If these are not '72 seats, let me know. They were in my Blazer when I bought it. Who knows what the PO had done. Here is the link to my other thread CLICK HERE

I was that someone else who pointed that out in your other FS thread and just wanted to add that I was not corrected, I just refuse to argue/disagree by keybard on a public forum. So once again your seat's would be correct and fit in a 69-72 blazer/jimmy with the correct early 69-72 type mounting hardware/brackets. I currently have 1974 blazer buckets in my 72 k/5 and they mounted just like oe with the earlier type mounting brackets attached. I chose to use the 74's because of them being flawless core's out of a 46k original mile blazer that was donated to the local VOA for free. My reproduction PUI brand 72 houndstooth seatcovers stretched over them and fit the later seats & foam nice and tight. Here are a couple of pics of the shorter (early) seat brackets compared side by side to the taller (later) type bucket brackets. Good luck on your sale, Cb

Re: '72 Blazer buckets seats in Corona, Ca.

CB: Why the "shot" with the "clutter" comment:confused. I was keeping it as brief and polite as possible. I pointed out possible errors in the listing. I am sure Sandking doesn't want to list his seats as correct 72, if they are not.
We all should question and correct errors in listings, to help protect those who may not know that some things are incorrect. This can help prevent guys/gals from getting the wrong parts, paying too much or ending up with hard feelings.
A PM only informs one person.
You did a very good job of clarifying the errors, also, and I would think that would be appreciated.
If the majority or mods don't want these items pointed out, no problem. We can just let them stand as posted. I don't have any strong issues here.
Now-let's buy Sandking's seats!

Re: '72 Blazer buckets seats in Corona, Ca.

I have a 68 c/10 that I am going to part out. Let me know if there is something you may want to trade for them (if, you decide you need parts).
I'm in Long Beach, Ca.

Re: '72 Blazer buckets seats in Corona, Ca.

The only thing I need , is two of the door mirrors (small original style), and I doubt the '68 PU has these. If you do, let me know. Joey 951-258-5492
