granny gear 4spd cross member question
can I install my th350 in my truck with the granny gear 4spd cross member still in the truck

If you are talking about the bellhousing crossmember, I always recommend removing them when converting to an auto trans. Then you will need a trans crossmember for the rear of the TH350. Any stock truck based auto trans crossmember from '63-'87 will work. You will just have to drill the holes to bolt it into the frame.
