Went to a Cruz nite at Rene's (C/10King) spread. John Gilbert (Custom Classics Trucks)was there to shoot some features of some of the C/10 Club members trucks. Good grub, good beer and Great people! Always a good time at the C/10 Ranch. Here's a few pics at Rene's. Also went on location to do some more shots but forgot to take my camera.

Congrats to SactoJim A Future Feature Truck in Custom Classics Trucks

Well Deserved! His truck is Awesome.

There was also another member who's truck was scheduled for a photo shoot but a very unfortunate incident kept him from attending. I was very sorry to hear about this and we missed you there.

If I saw that right, I think I caught a subtle look at Rene's new SWB tucked between two other SWB's.

John Gilbert is a super nice guy, and a great advocate for classic trucks.

P.S. Remind me never to park my truck at Rene's. Mine is a complete piece of crap compared to his lawn ornaments.

It was me that was planning on being there and then just as I started to pull out of my driveway, not paying close attention, I dented the driver side fender of my 67. It was the bumper of my 68 panel that I hit. After that, I felt sick all day and just hid in the house. Will make plans to do some changes to the 67 over the winter and will repaint fender then. yipee... I was just doing to much in my head and just plan screwed up. Neighbor heard the hit, but watched me and I did nothing, as I had to keep my cool with my boy around as he was coming with me.

Hey Kevin......here's a few I snapped when we were out on that road. Sun was going down quick and this was all I got....actually have a few more but they ended up blurry. Also.....BIG thanks again to Rene who's hospitality is second to none! Good seeing all you guys and I had a blast just hanging out. Looking forward to October!
