I passed up a nice set at the Des Moines, IA swap meet last fall for $75. Probably should have bought them though.... I've seen them as high as $200 for a really nice set with the shock plates, springs/retainers, & "U" bolts...

Re: what is a set of factory trailing arms worth?

they are $450 new from classic parts so i would think anywhere under 300 for used is good

Re: what is a set of factory trailing arms worth?

I just bought a pair for $200 and they were still attached to a '67 Longbed trailer. I only wanted the bed for my project....so I sold the entire suspension (including 12 bolt diff) for $100.
Like Longhorn said- us folks out here in the West don't have the rust issues ya'll back East do, so rot-free parts are fairly plentiful in these parts.

Re: what is a set of factory trailing arms worth?

I`d go with LocDoc`s range.Back east they go as cheap as $75.It`s hit or miss here with these being rusted on original local trucks. We can still find them, but they go for $75-200 a pair.

Re: what is a set of factory trailing arms worth?

Hmmm gave my whole rear suspension away when I 4-linked mine. And in the spring I'll be giving away my front A-arms also. No room for the stuff.

Re: what is a set of factory trailing arms worth?

I sold a set for 75. that were off of a 3/4 ton (has the reinforcing plate welded on from the factory). Seems about the going rate.
