wood floor

what would I need to change my lwb wood floor bed to a short box besides the bedsides and new wood and center strips. I want to change my 68 GMC 3/4 into a 1/2 ton swb. Thanks Jim

I can't think of anything else. You can reuse your headgate, tubs, and cross members (You wont need 2 of them)

New bolts!!!
