i have a 89 burb and i want to paint over the primerd areas but i dont want to paint the whole truck. how do i match the color that it is now. the truck had been painted before i bought it but i dont know if it was painted the orginal color, im pretty sure that the burbs vame 2 tone but mine is all gray, so i think it was gray/? and someone just painted it all gray but im not really sure.

titles useally tell ya what color the truck is supose to be. but agian, it could have been changed. check the tiltle. its a good start and prob. the easiest

From my experience, the factory paint code can usually be found inside the glove box door on the list of option codes, or on the driver side fenderwell under the hood.

Two tone was an option. If the truck was repainted a close color, chances are that they did not repaint the jambs. jambing a burb is a royal pain. The insides of the doors should be OEM color.

thats what i figured about the door jambs and they are the same as th body color
