1970 Chevy C-10 IL6 250 Three Speed Trans.

Can any of you out there tell me how much transmission and rear end fluid I need the change in my truck? Most parts houses don't go back to this year. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Also what type of fluid do you recommend?

I take it this is a manual trans. It will hold about 3 pints. The rear end will hold about 4 pints. Use GL5 rated gear lube. 80-90 or 85-140 viscosity.
