New GMC custom grill idea?
So I've been sitting here playing with a photo manipulation program for a littl;e while, and was just goofing off with a 'mirror' feature, and I came across something that might be worth doing..at least some one with time/tallent/cash could do anyways.
What do we think? (before and after pics for those who wouldn't notice what I did) Last edited by Longhorn Man; 08-15-2004 at 11:44 AM. Reason: Posted wrong pics. |

You know, looking at it some more it almost looks like the 69/70 center grill with the GMC headlights.

It does look like the 69/70 grill. I think it looks good.

The first idea looks clean, even with four lights.
But that last one almost looks like a f**d thing, or is that an early chevy car grille?

I always wanted to downsize a Blazer/Jimmy to the size of a Jeep/Scout/Bronco.Take a little more out of the width and you`ll have it.

Dose any one know if you can take a 1969-1972 GMC grill and radiator coresupport shave off the top trim piece of the grill ,and use a 1967-1968 hood or were the radiator supports different. John

The grill part of the question is yes. The grill in a 68 is the same as 69 and 70, only the trim was added.
The core support...I have no idea. |
