?? One piece side glass kit
Question regarding a one piece side glass kit I purchased from Brothers about two years ago. I picked it up because they were running a sale. Got it in and never did anything with it. Been looking at the posts on the board and realize if and when I tear into my doors I wanted to redo all; regulators, hinges, etc.
Well I finally cracked the box last night and found that the "special" anti-rattle kit (inner glass felt and outside scraper) are missing. Don't know if I'll be able to get the parts from Brothers - have to call on Monday. In the future I guess I need to check my purchases for completness. Is there anything else I might be able to do for these? Thanks

JadeEmperor,
Couldn't find you in our computer from the name in this post, please call us (BROTHERS) and we'll take care of you. I've already let John, our sales manager, know to be expecting a call regarding your missing anti-rattle set. In response to: "Is there anything else I might be able to do for these?" I suppose you could try to fab some of your own, but that's not necessary. Our's have factory style clips in the original locations to make installing them easy.

Customer Service Indeed!
Thanks for the response Steve, I don't get a chance much to check the threads at work but I didn't have to. John dug through the accounts, found an account under James (which is me too), took a stab in the dark and called me at work. What a surprise to hear from him regarding my post about missing parts in my kit. I can say after checking the thread this morning before work and having like 40 views and no replies, I figured I'd just have to call up and pay for some replacement parts. I talked to him about it for a while and he said "Let me make sure that I have your shipping information and we'll get those right out to you." He put them on UPS and I should have them this week. I know they do their best to get the packages right but I should have checked it when I received it. After 2 years time, they were still there for me. I have never received such "above and beyond" customer service from any company, even the local ones face to face, in my 10 years of truck builds. BROTHER'S is truely a great company and has my full endorsement.
Look like I can finish my window project this weekend. Thanks!

Sounds like a "win/win" situation. You get what you need and they get a great reputation.
BTW you should leave them a good review on the "review" page!

Thanks krue, haven't ever gone through the review page. Honestly, haven't gone through many pages. I'm just drawn right to the 67-72 page. I be sure to drop a thread there.
