Those arent the everyday replacement part. I know LMC truck has both and the catalog is free.

The bolts and J nuts used on the fenders are not your typical bolts and nuts. Most of the board vendors sell them. I don't remember the thread and size of the bolt, but it is a standard size bolt that you can substitue with one you can get at any hardware store.
Cannot help you with the capacitor as I never notice one, but with my lawnmowered wiring that is not a surprise.

If there's a headlight relay, it isn't original, so you'll have to come up with a soluion on your own for that one.

The nuts are a 5/16-18 U-nut. You can usually get them at a good hardware store. I bought a box of the from www.mcmaster.com . You can also get them from a local fastener supply, such as fastenal.

The capacitor would be for radio "noise" suppresion caused by alternators...
