1972 Chevy pickup for sale...

1972 Chevy pickup.
Good condition. Custom paint(midnight blue with green flakes), eagle wheels, Kenwood stereo and amp, Turbo 350 tranny, Just finished the motor in it. 350 block bored 40 over. Eagle forged crank, Eagle H-beam rods, SRP pistons(10-1 compression), Comp XE 268 cam(little lope to it), World Product heads, Weiand team G intake, 2 carbs go with it, an Edelbrock 600, and a Holley 700 DP. I could never get the Holley to work properly. The motor has maybe 250 miles on it since I finished it.

The truck looks very good. It turns lots of heads. It has Flowmaster 40 series dumped at the rear axle. It's a little too loud, but I'm old so you may like it.

Here are a couple of pictures of the ouside. I have more pictures of it, but they are too large, and I don't have a program to shrink them down. So, email me for them at n737nc@yahoo.com

I would like to get $10K for this truck. It is well worth every penny of that.

Leroy,
It is a PPG product. I can't remember what the name of it was. But, I love it. It gets compliments all of the time.

BTW- those spots on the pass side rear bed are just a reflection of the sun.

Now, what would posess someone to get rid of a truck like that? Beautiful! If I had the money, it would be sitting in the driveway right now.

n737nc,

thats a beauty!! What seats did you use in that truck? What year grill and inner door panels did you use?

Looks like a fine job overall!

I really hate to sell this truck. I have a lot of sweat and busted knuckes in it. But, I really don't have a place to keep it while the big "D" is going on. Plus, I could really use the cash.

The seats are out of a mid 90's chevy truck. Not sure on the exact year. We picked them up out of a junkyard, and had the redone. I made the door panels. The grill is a 69-70 grill.

Thanks for the compliment.

Maybe in a while. For now, I had to move into an apartment. So, building a new ride is not an option.

D@mn nick, I wish I had room in the garage for your truck. I would store it for you untill the dust settles. not to bring a darker cloud to this, but you have way more into that truck than you will get back. Which is always the case with old vehicles. I sure hate to see you let her go. Sorry to hear the bad news. i sure hope things work out.

Man I wish I had the means to store that for you. sorry buddy.

Thanks Will. I appreciate the thought.
I may end up taking it to my parents house in Oklahoma. But, I wanted to see if anyone was interested in it first.
I am working on a trailer right now to haul it the 250 miles to my parents.

Nick, I just had an idea. I wonder if you could talk to Jason (morphodite) about mabye storing for awhile at his place. he had been storing a boat out back in a detached garage. He sold the boat to Ryan so I think the garage is empty now. Not sure what he would charge if anything. or if and how long. but it would be close enough to go and check on and also drive and start every so often. gives you an option over hauling it to OK or just selling it out right.

I know you said the money would be nice. but man after all you have put into that truck. I sure hate to see you sell it short. You know.

Well it was just a suggestion.

Good luck.
