Is this green reproduced?

I have looked at a lot of vendors, and looking at their color charts leaves me a little confused. Is this color readily available? I am wanting to get door panels and arm rests. Thanks!

Re: Is this green reproduced?

Nope.... you'll need to try to find some decent pieces in the parts board, swap meet or a parts truck. What kind of shape if your dash pad in?

Some members that were unable to locate the correct panels have swapped to black panels/dash pads/seat covers, since they are plentiful.

Best of luck, they are hard to find!

Re: Is this green reproduced?

Wait.... is that a '67-'68?

My fault, I over looked the design of the panel and mainly just caught the color.

Re: Is this green reproduced?

It's a 68. I have thought about doing a bead-board paneling door panel like I saw in Frizzle Fry's Tahoe build, and then just dying some armrests. But, I am also having a hard time finding any Vinyl dye. I always liked SEM, but they have NO green.

Re: Is this green reproduced?

Do you have to subscribe to buy parts? I would be quite interested in seeing what you get.

You dont have to be a subscriber to "buy", but you have to be to sell or post WTB or WIW.

No, you only have to subscribe to sell parts and post that you WTB (want to buy) certain parts.

However, I am in full support of supporting the board. This place has it all, parts, information, friends and so much more. As mentioned before, it will be the best $25 you will ever spend.

You don't get access to this kind of information from any magazine subscription...

I figure you`ll want to subscribe once you get to see what the board`s all about. For now, just enjoy getting to know the site.
Check with Brothers on that door panel. It`s aqua,I know they make the seat covers. If not,you can get vinyl dye to match at an automotive paint shop.

Re: Is this green reproduced?

if you need a pair of good aqua visors, pm me. my truck came with them from the factory, and look at the color the truck is in my avatar! olive and aqua does not match!!

as a side note, I am painting an oem dash pad because they do not produce that color anymore. sometimes, I wish my interior was black!

Re: Is this green reproduced?

Hes right about Aqua. There is a green around buts its darker. And its not uncommon to see similar shades of blue or green not matching the arm rests and door panels but usually arm rests, visors and dash pad matched.
