Longer brake hoses

Where can I get longer brake hoses for the front discs. The front of my truck is bagged and they are too short for comfort.

Re: Longer brake hoses

I had SS braided hoses made to my measurements with the ends set up the way I needed from a place called Brake Hoses Unlimited. Great service as well. I believe www.brakehoses.biz will get you there.

I have used BHU as well and was very happy. I just added 2" to the standard length and they shipped.

Re: Longer brake hoses

I got ones from an early second gen Camaro and they were longer, I just don't remember how much, but I have a 5" drop and no problem

Re: Longer brake hoses

I searched for an OEM solution when my stock replacement lines were too short.

I think the stock lines are 12.25". I found lines for a 1974 Caprice that had the right threads and banjo that are 15.25". I have them on my truck now, but would say they are about 1" too long because they make contact with the spindle.
