Mounting bed Help
I looked for a thread on this but didn't find one, I want to put my bed back on but, I'm not using the wood. I want the body lines to match the bed line. So my question is do i just put the bed back on the frame or do I need to put something in between the bed and frame, If I do what and what size. Thanks for any help.

Re: Mounting bed Help
What year truck? Fleetside...stepside? Normally there are rubber mounting pads that go between the bed and the frame rails...think they were about $8 a year ago for my 63 shortbed stepside. They are available from about any of the repop companies...LMC, Ecklers, Classic Parts, Bowtie Bits, Tim Tygerts Obsolete Chevy parts..etc
