What do you have? I have one for passenger side with exposed cap. The metal is good, the hose is dry-rotted. I need one for passenger side with gas door.

Maybe. The filler I have is from a 77.
This filler came with some 79-87 step fenders with a driver side filler that I bought to install on my 84. My 84 has a driver side filler door. The guy I bought the fenders from modified the plastic insert from a driver side filler fender to allow the use of the 77 filler neck on the passenger side. I will let the 77 filler go if I can find the correct parts for a 79-87 passenger side filler door. What is your filler neck from? Dave |

my filler neck came from my truck originally - 1975 passenger filler that stuck out about 1". I put new fenders on my stepside and kept the passenger side filler hole, but this neck will not go through the hole. I understand there's a neck that was made to fit flush??? that's what i'm after. The neck i have probably would work, after i took a grinding tool to my fender and made the hole bigger, but i'm not so anxious to see it protrude out 1" or better. I'd like to locate a flush mount...
so, there's where i'm at! ) |
