Newbie here..

Just wanted to say hello and great board. I've been browsing for about a week now and thought I better join since I just bought a 72 Chevy SWB last night. I have to get to Houston and pick it up in the next few days. Hey any Houston people feel like taking a vacation to Sunny S. Fla? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Thanks for having me and will be talking with you all soon.

Welcome from Norcal and congrats on your new truck! You're gonna really enjoy this place. I'm a member on several boards, and IMHO this is the best by far. Now let's see some pics!

Thanks everyone. I don't have any pics to post yet but once I get it I will put some up. I'm ready to get this thing. I've been driving "modern" cars for the last 7 or 8 years and am ready to go back a few years. My last classic was a 55 chevy stepside 1/2 ton. It was nice to me but overall a piece of junk. I sold it to my buddie who has been doing a frame up ever since. (aka sitting in the garage in pieces).

Jupiter is just north of West Palm Beach...A lot of celeb's have homes here...or so I hear. Burt Rynolds used to have a ranch here and a home on the water. I'm not sure if he's even around anymore, I know his career isn't.
