now that is bad azz. It looks like it came like that from the factory...lol. Now how can I convince my cousin to sell me his corvette so I can scrap it and get the engine....lol

Good to hear about these guys. I talked to them at Ennis Super Chevy and was impressed with thier knowledge and presentation.
I have a LT1 to go in a 69 short fleet side, just need to finnish gathering up all the loose parts and pieces. I have found most of what I need ,but can,t just order everthing at once. Also trying to use some parts from salvege yards to cut costs. Thanks for the word on these guys. Maybe I can get started in 6 months or so. Chevyman 68 C/10 |

Of course, if you're going to do all of the trouble of swapping a GenIII smallblock into one of these trucks...why stop at an LS1?
Just let me get my hands on an LS6 and a GM 427 GenIII sleeveless block. If it stays at or near the same power/cube ratio as the 405hp 348cid LS6, it'd be just short of 500hp...

I just could not swing the price of the LS1 or any other choices,barely made the price of LT1.
