shipping a motor and tranny????
what would be the easiest way to ship a motor and tranny a couple states??i have never shipped anything this big!!please help me out with any info you can give me!!!

I would get a large skid and make some kind of cradle on it oout of wood and then build a box around it outta 2X3 and plywood if youre shipping it truck freight.. if youre delivering it yourself just set it on some blocks in a truck bed and it will be fine

drain the oil, and tell whoever is buying it that you did; it will save on weight a bit, and its good practice to change the oil whenever you get a new vehicle (or motor)
