assuming if the pump is okay.. Yes, the only thing you would need is a few nuts and bolts to mount it up..

That's a good price.
I have the same set-up minus the crank pulley in it's original "greasy" condition,... and I wouldn't take less than $150 for mine.

This is a great deal for someone.
