Brake trouble help!

Ok here is the situation. New Booster / master cylinder set-up from CPP. I installed disc brakes also. When pressing brake pedal, it goes to floor and has to be PULLED back up. When i say pulled I mean as in its hard to pull up. Once up it stays till pressed again. Its not a binding linkage I checked all that. Could air do this?>? Need suggestions from someone who has gone through this please.

A binding linkage behind the booster, a binding linkage on the pedal, a bum booster can all do this.
There may be more reasons too.
