What size nut would you need for a 350 fuel pump? Im talking about the one that goes to the carb.

Do you mean the fitting on the metal line that screws into the pump and carb?

If so, it's 3/8 line with flares on the end. The fitting itself will take a 5/8 wrench size to tighten it.
