GM Crate numbers ? Can't work out what I have bought?

I bought a crate motor with this part number and specs
GM12486041-1

CRATE MOTOR SBC VORTEC 330HP
H/ROLLER

Small Block Chev 350 c.i.d 330 Horsepower Crate Engine
330 Horsepower, 380 ft. lbs Torque (Hydraulic Cam, Cast Iron Vortec Heads)
* Hp: 330 @ 5000 Rpm
* Torqu e: 380 @ 3800 Rpm
* Late-s tyle Block With One-piece Rear Main Seal
* 4-bolt Main C aps
* Cast Iron Vortec Cyl inder Heads With Centre Bolt V alve Covers.
* Hydraulic "d ual Pattern" Camshaft
* 9.1 :1 Compression Ratio
camshaft
lift: .435" in / .460 exh
duration : .212" in / .222" exh

1.00

But when I put that number in google search I get 350HO come up which is a flat tappet cam motor?
Does the -1 at the end of the part number mean its a roller cam motor
or is this listing incorrect ?

Are you wondering if your motor has a roller cam? You could pull the distributor to verify

Have paid for it but it has not been shipped yet and if it is not a roller cam I don't want it.

Why do you want a roller cam?

Why wouldn't you? They are better in every way except initial cost. If you can get one at a price you can afford, it is the way to go.

When spending alot of money, its a good idea to make a phone call to ask questions before hitting the buy it now button.

I did call and asked them to double check the cam specs which he said is H/Roller.It was only when i entered the part number from the invoice in google to get full specs that I realized something was not right.

does your part number have -1 after it.
i thought -1 was just a marker for long motor.

No. I bought mine from Jegs, and they have their own part number system. Plus, I got the "turn key" motor, with carb, intake, started, serpentine system, etc.

I think either your supplier has a typo on their website, or it is an Australia only thing...

I found this...

Your supplier is the only reference I can find that specifies a roller in that motor. I find that unlikely.

I agree.I thought it was too good to be true because the price was really good.

Oh I agree you made a great choice, that's a nice engine you bought. Maybe it has roller tip rockers and that's what that means

Turned out the part number was wrong because it is in fact a roller cam motor.
The supplier made the mistake and has agreed to live with it.
Lucky me.

What ever it is I won't need to dyno it because it has more than enough even at this stage (400 miles on it) to power my old truck way too fast.
I took it easy for the first hundred miles around town.Just reasonable load not much past 3000rpm and varied engine speed.After that I have been increasing the load but not going past 4000rpm for more than a few seconds.I will now change the oil and filter and then give it a few full throttle runs.Getting 12.5 miles to the gallon at he moment which I think is pretty good on a new motor and me getting into the throttle a bit?
