Wondering how they will work on a 64 c-10 2wd 700r4.Speedway has them in there cat, they dump straight down.Any info or pics would be helpfull

I had a set on a 66 I used to have. They worked fine, just had the exhaust shop make head pipes to clear everything.

I have a set for my '64.
came on my '65 Vette 327.
Ran awesome with the double humpers.
That is now going to power the truck.

My 'burb has them on it; PO installed. They fit and I have the 700r4 also. There are no clearance issues anywhere that I can think of at the moment. I even rewired my starter solenoid from the hood side!

Here's the 283 with my exhaust - are these what you're talking about? This motor's from a 65' Chevelle - going in a 65' C-10 and according to all the measurements I've made this intallation looks like a breeze.

Heres some pics of mine installed in truck.....hard to see but thats kinda the point, lots of space for other stuff. On passenger side you can see the pipe running straight back below the heater fan housing

I had to ditch the original exhaust manifolds for two reasons: first they were smog busters and had the air injectors in them and second the passenger side manifold exited into the firewall.

I think those are cast in China.

If I was buying aftermarket, I'd get these. They just look so much better.
