68 C10 options vin check

Guys,
I am looking at buying a 68 C10. I have the vin to the truck but I want to make sure that the truck came with the options that are in it and they were not just added to try and make the truck worth more. How do I check that?

HELP!!!!!

The vin will not give you options just motor type I6 or V8, 2wd or 4wd, 1/2ton or other and so on. For options you need to look at the SPID on the inside of the glove box door. That is were all the factory options for that truck are listed.

Can I send you a few pics of the truck and you can tell me if you think it is legitamate? I have one of the inside the glove box with the sticker but it does not list everything this truck has in it.

you can post photos and we cal look it over, the SPID would need to be posted too... remember, some options listed on the SPID are option packages, so there won't be listings for each part.
