door/window help, please

My doors, and their innards, were in sad shape so I decided to overhaul them. I did a complete disassembly bought all new rubbers and seals for the vent and the door. I bought new window regulators, new door pulls and new door closures. The metal parts were media blasted and powdercoated.

So what's the problem? Well, I got all of the innards back in and I got the window back in the door (no real problem) BUT, when I roll the window up it won't go all the way up! It stops about 1/4" from the top in the front and 5/8" in the back. I've relocated the window in the channel more to the front (3 times) and more to the back (4 times) and I still cannot get the window to close. I don't want to force it, but, WHAT AM I DOING WRONG????????

Any wisdom out there?

The regulators came from Classic Parts. Is there a problem there?
