Talking copperhead is cool...stacie sucks!!

I'm sick and tired of his laughing......he thinks he is a "know it all"........hell.......I could do alot with that shop, room, tools and donated aftermarket parts as well.

I agree. Its amazing how many guys say they dont like him or how the show isn't realistic for the average guy, too many sponsors, he never gets dirty, he has too many nice things etc..etc...etc. BUT why do they keep watching and why can they tell us what happens in each episode. IF YOU DONT LIKE IT CHANGE THE CHANNEL AND WATCH SOMETHING ELSE.
This forum is about cool trucks and cool people. Can we move on to something else.
Sorry to rant and I know everyone is entitled to their opinion.

I watched one episode, it was all I could take. I didn't like the giggling salesman so I haven't watched it anymore. SO DO I GET TO HAVE AN OPINION?

sure you get to have an opinon, but after it's all said and done, you have to admit that whether it's him doing all the work, or he has a crew of other guys doing it for him, he still has one of the coolest shows/jobs on the planet. I mean, who wouldn't be giddy like a little school girl if you got to work on all this cool sh@t everyday and get paid for it!!. That man is livin the dream!!!

The guy has done what all of us only dream we could do, get paid to build the greatest hot rods around with parts that other people just hand to him. Now you sit back and complain that you don't like his laugh or the color of his shirt or whatever. He's a cool guy that should be admired for doing what we all like to do and he does it top notch.

I can watch him, but I can't stand that lady host, her voice is so incredibly annoying. That's when I change the channel.

LOL "giggling salesman" LOL I've watched it off and on, then saw one time the "copperhead" show and now am watching just to see the truck, I would also agree, he gets paid to do things I would love to do, have a almost unlimited parts supply, fancy shop, time do it, and of course, not get dirty! I would be giggling as well... I would probalby stop watching once they are done with copperhead..

Now I have a solution for that, mute the TV when they talk. The Companies are listed on the screen, the truck doesn't say much(but if he did, I wonder what he'd say!!!!!!!!!!!!!!), and play your own music or something.

I haven't actually watched the show in about 2 years, I've just been checking his sites regularly. I didn't even know he had a new co-host. I hope she's better than the smiling joker he had before

...so let me get this straight. We're lucky enough to find a show that's bothered to do a build-up of a 67-72, with all the goodies we've ever wanted to play with, and we're complaining about it because we think the host is goofy?!?

If you find the host anoying why are you watching?

When I first got into this as a no-nothing newbie I hoped to find some serious resources (magazine articles, advertisements for aftermarket stuff, AND TV shows). What I found out was there was a flood of aftermarket stuff to sift through, but the TV and magazine exposure was little to none.

I think anyone who's got the gaul to ***** about this show - especially now that a 67 is being worked on - hasn't a clue as to how fortunate it is to have this as a resource.

I followed along with the first three episodes and completely rebuilt my front and back suspension using the tapes as reference. If I didn't have that show I wouldn't have gotten some pretty good tips to make it easiser AND make the finished product actually look professional.

Sorry, but I think you guys who are seriously complaining about the show are acting like spoiled brats, unless you're kidding but it doesn't sound like it...

Let's keep our eye on the ball here...I agree with Cobalt....and if the whole show/project was so insignificant why do I keep seeing these threads pop up about it and cause numerous reply's? Obviously it is important to this comunity and it's great to see a truck like this get built....am I jealous?....of the truck....absolutely...am I jealous of Stacy considering his current position in life?....sure....aren't we all?

If I recall somebody posted a thread called "incentive" a while back with a pic of a truck....it seems to me this project and Stacy's career should be a great incentive for all of us

.....for those of you that can do it better...please let me know what channel to turn to.

I agree, he's a little goofy, but all of those "Power Block", or whatever they're called shows have goofy hosts. I still watch and enjoy them (except the Super Tuner show - friggin punks!).
I also think that's Stacey playing the guitar on the show's music.

for those that don't like his giggling

I'm willing to bet that if we secretly video-taped you in your garage with your buddies working on your own truck or in the parking lot of the grocery store when someone tells you "nice truck" you would be just as giggly and enthusiastic as Stacy is on his show. Yes, he is excited (sometimes a little over excited) but you can't critisize a guy for being into the same sh*t that we are into...trucks!

I've learned alot from the show...and quite frankly, it's more entertaining than the two old guys (can't remember the name of the show) changing the spark plugs on an 83 Citation.

As for the "Bimbo" between segments, there's a certain entertainment value to her too.

I agree with Cobalt and MikeT, I am so happy to see someone building one of our trucks, I could care less who the host is. For all of you guys complaining about Stacy, go watch those two idiots on American Chopper, or better yet Lifetime for women.
If you are more talented than he is, how come we're not watching you every weekend?
