Dude!! where can i find a shift lever bushing

I need to know where to find the bushing that goues on the auto shifter lever.. i was thinking about dippingthe end in some plastdip stuff... any ideas?

I agree with cdowns, experience and age go together with these small parts. Numbers might be different but will be in every view the same part. Maybe even try a good ol' fashion chevy dealer, with a guy behind the parts counter that has good knowledge of these trucks. Interchangeablility happens quite often. A fan shroud (finger guard) for a straight 6 engine has bumpers on it. These are the same bumpers used for the doors and they are fairly easy to find. Maybe a later model shift linkage uses the same part?

As far as the Truck and car shop, the only grommet is on pg 51 that I could find. Good luck with the search!
