My Scary truck pics! Blown!
Here is the pics everyone has been waiting for!! I swapped the stock 350/350 setup for a blown all roller 383 and a beefed up 350 trans with a 4500 stall..did this all when my parents where gone to NYC for a week.. hahahaha.. still gotta order all my MSD and radiator and painless wiring set up..should be pushing little over 750 hp but who knows till it gets on the dyno.. ran a mid 9 in a 67 nova... so a cage is on the way.. none of my friends know what im doing and i will have the only blown pickup in my town and probably the fastest..and im only 19.. parents were kinda pissed/ worried when they got home and found out where all my paychecks have been going.. oh well.. heres the pics..enjoy

nice work
That's a nice truck you have. I dig the blower. I have always run nitrous, but have recently decided that a boosted deal would be alot better. It would be nice to have the power there every time you push the pedal. I like it.

COOL engine. I think if I add all three of my vehicles together I might get 600hp outa the whole group. Which valve covers are those?

All that and manual brakes?
Looks like it wouldn't have much problem with anyone

I bet your friends will know shortly! Along with all of the state and local police! Well you might be able to outrun some of them. Just don't try the helicopters they're kinda tricky!

Holy smokes! You're 19 and you have that great truck already? I was flat broke at 19. Good thing though, I'd have killed myself with a setup like that. At 19 I drove a 1975 piece of ____ Dodge Dart. Still nearly killed myself going down hills with the wind! I did have a '53 Chevy pickup that I used as a hunting truck that I was going to restore... someday.

You're in my neck of the woods, I think. Pacifica on the shore near San Francisco? That engine looks sweet. Good Luck and watch out with the no hood option. That's a citation right there. Have fun and be safe!

to get back to all your questions... yes those are cal custom vavle covers and I'm gonna go for the old school look..I plan to get some hoosier street slicks out the back but im gonna run 15x8 rallys in the front and 15x10 in the back.. i dont want to attract that much attention.. but with the blower whine and the new noisy pete jackson gear drive i threw in it i'm gonna have a hard time.. Brakes? yeah manual brakes for now.. still rackin up the overtime at the san francisco airport.. I may be 19 but i go to school full time during the day for administration of justice.. and work nights at SF international... rear end is just a stock dana 44 for now.. im gonna probably cut the hood for the blower.. was really wishin everything would just fit under for the complete sleeper look but hey who am i kidding? thanks for all your input.. i'll keep all of you posted on any updates..
