Re: opinions on trade
Im not into bikes so the Falcon would be my choice and it looks good too. Not that the bike dont look good as well ,Im just not into them. Its hard to beat a wagon especially as nice as that one looks.

Re: opinions on trade
As I see it the value of the Falcon will only go up from this point. The bike will only depreciate. So I'd go with the Falcon, but if you love to ride then the choice is obvious.

Re: opinions on trade
Yea if the falcons as clean inside as it is outside I would probably end up taking it as well. That is unless you live to ride the bike. Because you can always get another bike down the road.

Re: opinions on trade
In 5 years the bike is worth nothing, the Falcon will be worth more then than now. I always buy with $$ and future profits in the my mind, not emotions. You never buy with your emotions when it comes to objects or you'll always be in the red. I love to ride, but sold both my bikes, luckily I broken even between the two and was able to enjoy it without taken the $10g loss that most guys take on buying new bikes.
I'm not a Ford guy, but that Falcon is clean and if the interior, engine bay, and chassis are similar I'd deff take that car any day over the bike and I'm a big Kawi lover since I was a little kid I still miss my Ninja and will only ever buy Ninjas, just like I only buy GM trucks. At least you know the appreciate in the Falcon will catch up the depreciation and the $ you've got into that bike one day so you wont be at a loss down the road. Anytime you can trade a bike into a muscle car, I'd say do it!! You'll always come out ahead in the long run and the other party is happy for the short term in a new toy. Your bike is between $5500-8500 depending on mileage and abuse it's taken. The car is worth probably $8-10gs if the entire thing has been redone and looks as good all over as it does on the outside, except it'll be worth more later on

Re: opinions on trade
The 64/65 Falcons were the best looking ones ever built. Growing up there was a guy that had a beautifully restored 64 drop top, red w/ white top and white interior, that was a regular at the small town restaurant I worked at. Ever since then, I've kinda wanted one. There's a "patina" 64 wagon that comes to a lot of the local shows in my area and it looks sweet too.

Re: opinions on trade
bikes are a dime a dozen and unless it is a harley which from my experience is the only bike that holds some value I would trade for that wagon in a heartbeat since you will be able to get more for the wagon than the bike.
