Question about two tone scheme

Was there ever a two tone scheme available or has anyone seen one of our trucks with the cab and upper body line the same color, then the middle portion a second color, then the bottom rocker the same color as the top portion. Hopefully I'm not confusing the he!! out of anyone. For example: Blue cab and upper body line/white middle/then blue again.
Thanks

Neither of those are correct though. If you look, you'll see the bright trim that goes around the back of the cab under the rear window. (you'll have to look REAL close on the bottom pic) If that is there, then it seperated 2 colors.

Hutch-
Yea, those two pics are what I was refering to. Iwas only using white and blue as an example. Just was wondering if it was a factory two tone color scheme.

This similar topic I brought up once before. And the nearest I could determine was that 67-68's when they were two-toned with white on top also had the upper area of the door painted the body color with the white on the very bottom of cab / bed. 69 & 70 had the area above the door painted white along with the top of the cab. 71/72's had the white in the center of cab/ doors. (similar to the above pic) Unless it was repainted of course then all bets are off..
This information I got from a retired GM truck painter at the factory during that era.

I understand that pic not a not a factory color scheme as the color seperator trim is a give away.
Something that you might want to look into is the original 1967 two tone scheme.
The window frames and pillars were the primary body color.
Just the top of the roof and the and back of cab were the secondary colors.
This is a great looking scheme in my opinion.
It was a 1967 only item
Somebody on here can post a pic of the 1967 two tone color scheme for you to see.

Sammy, that is incorrect.
The white roof/color body/white bottom could be had later also, as the white roof/color upper body/white center body/color bottom, that could be had in 69 & 70 as well as the 71/72.

I've learned to never say never on these old trucks, almost anything was possible back then.
