i'm stumped..

can't find any hood hinges that will work for me. (my inner supports for my fenders had to be removed) i can use the stock hinges but i would have to move them further in and i think it would look ugly with a hinge bolted to the middle of your firewall. no one makes a tilt hood kit for our trucks? XXL, you always ask me about this, do you have any suggestions? or anyone else? thanks

I was watching my videos of Trucks! the other day and I remember one of the gear was a hinge that looked like it would bolt to the firewall. It lifts the hood out and then up so that it doesnt scratch your cowl. I'll see who the vendor is.

you could always pull the hinges off an old f-100 from when they had front tilt hoods. might take some doing but could work. have to grind off any reference to ford from the parts tho!

I saw a D069e one time with a B-O-P tilt forward hood set-up installed.I didn't look at it too closely but the guy said he just laid everything together and then fabbed brakets ect. and it worked great.I think the mid 80's B-O-P cars had these hinge set-ups.
