Counter sunk
Anyone have a diagram or other information for drilling the bed wood and how to off set the relife for the off set washers. Thanks for any help here.Larry

I could not find a 1 9/16 Forstner bit, but I did find an adjustable hole saw. I used the hole saw to cut a ring 1/8 deep and used a router with a 1/4 inch flat bit to slowly remove the rest of the wood. I set the depth the same as the thickness of the offset washer. Slowly works best, because if you slip, it's forever.
