How much is this truck lowered?

I found pictures of this truck and like the stance. Its a 3/4 that has been shortened. I believe it was a coil rear. The tires are a 9.5x16.5. I would like to replicate the look. I have 16" wheels so I think a 245/75/16 tire is pretty close but it looks lowered to me. What are your guesses on how much?
