What are these?
There are two different center cap mounting holes
Left has 6. Right has 3.Why are they different? By the way what can I expect to pay for a set of center caps (chevy emblem)? I'll post a request on parts board. Thanks

factory center caps have 3 bolts and wheels came with 3 holes. Someone drilled the rest.

That makes sence but isn't it strange I got One wheel with the truck as spare with the six holes in it,
then got six more a year later ,5 had the 6 holes one had 3. Could have been another type center cap, but not threaded? Seems to be more to it. PS what are cenetr caps worth? Thanks

Around here they between $5 and $10 each depending on condition.
I bought a couple of nice ones last year for $3 each but that was a good deal. Jim |
