Re: price on a frame,,,,,
Ive seen rolling frames going for $300-400. Depending upon what axles are on it.

Re: price on a frame,,,,,
some one told me the other day that all i needed to do was put an axle up front and a transfer case to make it work and that it will all bolt up, , this is on a 2wd frame, how much truth is there to this?????

There's no mounting points for the front axle, so you have to fab it all. |

Re: price on a frame,,,,,
Depends, really. Can you fab up a four link suspension and buy coil overs?
can you fab leave spring mounts, a transfer case cross member and install a 4wd transmission with t-case? there's differing levels of complexity. Most would say sell your 2wd and buy a 4wd. I enjoy working on my rigs, so I would do a frame off... |

Re: price on a frame,,,,,
If you ever get South my way I have several 4x4's available. 1/2 tons, a 3/4 ton with 4" lift already installed and a 14 bolt rear. All for less money and less trouble than converting a 2wd to 4x4.
