Talking No wonder everybody is SO SLOW!

Checked my speedometer against my wife's and found that when I think I am driving 42 I am going 65! I didn't believe that so I checked it against my buddy's and got the same result. I still didn't believe it until just now when I got on a 4 lane hiway with a 65 speed limit, I was doing 60 (by my speedo) and I was blowing by everyone! No wonder I can't bury my speedo! 90 is as fast as I can get it to read.

Yeah I know! But I don't know if I can stand driving 40! BTW that's probably got something to do with my crappy gas mileage.

Mine just bounces between 45 and 55 most of the time, so it's a guess-ta-mate kinda thing. I figure 10 mph is close enough.

As long as the gas gauge works and I don't end up stranded running out of gas, I'm happy. I never believed the accuracy of most of those gauges anyway. It's not like their fine Swiss watches or anything.
