4/6 Dropped Stepsides

I would like to see some pics of 67-72 stepsides with a 4/6 drop and 15" wheels. I'm thinking of lowering mine. I've seen lots of fleetsides but not many stepsides. Are there any clearance issues I should know about?

That is the setup I'm building now.
There should be no issues clearing 15" wheels on a 4/6 drop

The Stance Photos at EarlyClassic.com give you an idea

Here's my 70 I sold last year.

Stock rally wheels....

with the Cragars....

It's all Early Classic stuff for a 4/6 drop.

I'll have pictures to post of my newest 4/6 dropped truck in a week or two. It's just a bare frame now.

Here's my old '67 I sold to Deuce. It's probably closer to a 3/5 drop. It had 255/60R15s in the front and 275/60R15s in the rear.

Matt,

Mine has 20's so I don't think it will help you. I was going to recommend Txfirefighters pics, but he's already beat me to it.

Re: 4/6 Dropped Stepsides

Tim,

What size tires are on your truck? Where did you find the rims? Are they 6 lug rims? What type of back spacing are on the rims?
