Re: picture request - 72 cheyenne super interior with med bronze paint

Just to keep it clear you are talking about the codes 522 solid /551 conventional two-tone/582 custom two-tone/462 deluxe two-tone Medium Bronze metallic (71) Classic Bronze metallic (72) right? It is also known as Copper Poly on chip charts.

Nice color that lots of interior colors work well with. Parchment or olive houndstooth for cloth and the black, saddle, parchment or olive vinyl buckets would look great as well.

Found some pictures of a bronze and saddle Cheyenne. Close enought to give a good idea on the saddle color.

Yup, thanks for posting the codes Tim. Yeah, as you might guess, I might have some black vinyl buckets in mind... But I agree - many combos look good in copper poly. I guess I should have said "classic bronze" to be correct, right? But on the SPID I believe that's how it shows - copper poly.

Re: picture request - 72 cheyenne super interior with med bronze paint

thanks Tim - that helps. I found this linky, but couldn't download the pics - it shows a good example of a bronze super with parchment. http://fairground-cars.ebizautos.com...fiid%3d9204375
(although, I'm not sure it's a real super - looks a little like the stick-on type of woodgrain, but it is a gorgeous truck and definitely helps me picture what I'm trying to picture in my mind. Now... Really need to see a super
with black.... Trying to get a good idear what the woodgrain looks like against the bronze.

below is a Custom D with black seat cover w/white-houndstooth (not available originally) from a really nice resto on ebay a while back..

Pretty truck! Parchment vinyl buckets would look great. Black would be dark but still nice.

thanks Tim - I couldn't seem to save the pics on that site (at least not the ones in the bottom screen of the ebay ad). Yep, I really like the parchment in there. The black might be a little dark - but some nice black buckets... well, you know. I have a weakness.
