wow!
I'll bet a kick in the daddy parts, someone bought a REAL nice loaded big block longhorn to donate the cab front clip and running gear to a SWB rig.

And you would be right... I just talked to him on the phone. The bed has had some sheet metal work done to it and he is firm on the price.

I may go up and look at it next weekend if he still has it.

the bed on my rig, while not perfect, it is pretty decent. I wish I could get that though...

Re: nice Longhorn frame and bed on CL - Iowa

I thought it was $1000. I could be wrong, Leon would have to clarify it.

Makes sense, if it doesn't sell raise the price

If I wasn't broke, I'd own it. A $1000 didn't seem that bad for the box with the nice floor.

I'm not sure whats going on with this. He was asking $1000 for it when he had it on craigslist and didn't sell it. He put it on e-Bay for $1500 or make offer, it ended tonight and he had an offer of $1225 and turned it down..... Obviously he doesn't really want to sell it.

Re: nice Longhorn frame and bed on CL - Iowa

maybe he has one of those really rare longhorn doors with thicker sheet metal to go with it thats why he jacked up the price. lmao
