lifting 2wd trucks
how do you lift a 2wd and how much can you lift one?

Easiest way is with new springs. This might not be a common truck to do it on, so your options may be limited. Check with your local 4x4 shop. You may have to go to a spring shop and have some made, not too expensive. Best way would be with springs in the rear and spindles in the front, as I said you will have to find out about availability for this model. You may end up using lift spindles from a later model and adapting your tie rods etc. Need to be careful with the spring lift as it plays heck with your front end alignability, and may put you out of specs for camber. Hope this helps you out some, I did it on a 94 with springs, made the ride stiff as hell.

thanks for the info. i think that i'll keep this truck how it is and save up some more $$$ and buy a nice 67-72 4x4
