Hood swap
I want to swap the hood on my '81. I need to know what years will fit. Thanks.

81-87 I believe.

No difference from 81-87. The 73-80 hood includes the cowl & is shaped differently in the front.

73-80 didn't have the vented cowl below the windshield. The hood went all the way to the windshield. The front edge of the hood is different too, where it meets the fenders.

81-91 will actually work if you include the Suburban, Blazer and Jimmy's.
