Shift Linkage adjustment

Just finished hooking up the wiring and got to start the truck for the first time in 6 months. Of course during the frame off the bolts for the shift linkage were loosened and now the truck will only shift into first gear(three speed on the column). Can someone here save me some time and give me the correct way to adjust the linkage? Thanks, Mike

Son is freakin' Finally got to see the truck run after it's been a pile of parts all winter!
