Woo Hoo ordered a bunch of stuff today!!

Just ordered my lift, rims and tires, man I am excited now. It took a couple of weeks calling around to find a 17*10 with a 4" backspace but I found a set finally and I got a sweet deal on a set of BFG A/T 315-70-17 with less that 1K miles on them some guy pulled off his H2. Now I'll be waiting for that UPS guy to deliver it all.

Cool sounds like fun, I ordered a bunch of stuff today to get my '78 up and running from summit. I decided against some stuff I was wanting (x-pipe kit, and new pushrods) to save some money. Good thing I did b/c right after I ordered the machine shop called and let me know that I'm going to have to sleeve #4 cylinder b/c of a crack. That took the money I saved right there. Something told me just to order the new gm long block. I'll be close to the 1400 shipped price by the time I get done. I need some stuff from bowtie overdrives too, but there website is down!

Heres what I got:

Too bad there wasn't a Summit 10% discount code or Summit Bucks you could use.

I got one from PAW $368 for a super stock crank kit. I already have a gear drive for it, and it was gonna be more to get the kit with all the stuff. Plus it just wasnt what I really wanted. They way I figured it, I only spent about $40 more than buying the whole kit and I got the specific parts I wanted.
